Fibre to fibre extra upgrade time

Hi, how long usually before the upgrade happens? I changed on the 3rd, and the email said it would happen on the 4th, but I’m still getting the speed before the upgrade. When I log into my account I have the following msg at the top;

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.
