Fibre still not connected

Hi. The activation day passed for the fibre broadband to be connected but it still hasn't. On the phone, they said that there was a technical issue. Could anyone get back to me regarding what is going on. Been without broadband for almost a month. Thanks

Hi there, I'm sorry to see things didn't get off to a good start. I can see we've reported a fault with the line to Openreach.
