Fibre should have been connected
I should have had fibre yesterday 30/03 but it has not been connected. I have had no emails advising me of connection or problems, yet there is an open question on my order that suggests there is a problem.

Just to remind Plusnet that they have to recompense me £5 per day including the day of activation, so I would suggest that speed is of the essence.
Please let me know what is going on with my order.
