Fibre set up?

Hi there. I was told my fibre connection would be up and running by today however I've not received any notification and my order tracker appears to be stuck on the 'first payment' stage. I've received the router and received notification regarding the home phone set up so just waiting for notification regarding the fibre before I plug in the router. Could you please confirm if it will be up and running today as promised? Thanks.

I have checked over your orders and have found them to be complete before midnight. I have activated your account for you and you should have use of your service immediately.

Thanks for the response. I can see it now says it's ready. Still can't connect to the Internet though. The light on my router is blue but there's no broadband light at all.
