Fibre router still not arrived

Hello

I ordered fibre some time last week and have received no notification at all until today where I received an email telling me my product change had completed?

I still have not received a new router so I'm unsure if how the change is completeHuh

I can see the router's been ordered today so it should be with you in the next 3 to 5 working days.

With regards to the account change e-mail this has been sent a bit prematurely as the actual upgrade isn't due to complete till the 11th.
