I've taken a quick look into the account and can see that this has not yet been dispatched as the fibre activation date has been delayed until 25/03/2021. This is quite common and is due to Openreach Fibre engineer availability. I've now manually processed the router to be sent out to you, which should arrive in time for the fibre upgrade.
