Fibre router not arrived

Due to switch over from ADSL to fibre on 19/3 however have not received router not any communications/comms of the order. I believe it is regular to receive a text or email.

Can someone somehow check this for me?

Thanks a lot for reaching out, and I'm really sorry to hear that your new router has not yet arrived.

 

I've taken a quick look into the account and can see that this has not yet been dispatched as the fibre activation date has been delayed until 25/03/2021. This is quite common and is due to Openreach Fibre engineer availability. I've now manually processed the router to be sent out to you, which should arrive in time for the fibre upgrade.
