Fibre order

Hi 

On 21/02 I recive a message that my broadband service become active by midnight on 11/03

They send me new router already 

So do I have to wait for email from them or I good to go?

You should be good to go.
I must have been really bad in a previous life. This is my 3rd ISP in a row that uses lithium.

I've looked into your account and it seems that the orders we placed have been rejected by Openreach because the current provider of your line has cancelled them.

 

I've raised a ticket with our Provisioning team to investigate this/replace the orders.
