I ordered fibre broadband on the 13th feb and had the firsts months money taken as card payment with order to be completed with 10 days. I have checked my account and it states no order? Also the amount i signed up to on a monthly dd has changed amounts on my welcome email. Im confused?
Sorry to hear that your order hadn't progressed automatically. I believe my colleague has placed the migration order about an hour ago. This should complete on the 10th March, but we'll confirm this via your account shortly.
