Fibre order no updates/ 10 days past

I have used Uswitch to switch to plusnet on 23rd of April, because my previous provider (and still current) raised the price too high. I have no updates, nothing at all but I've been charged 23£. The order tracker says "

You don't have an order in progress" 

 

I can't cancel the order anymore as 14 days already past. And I don't have the new broadband, but obviously was charged for the old one. My question is where is my order, and when will I get at least the router.
