I checked on the https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/ website last week and found that fibre was available for my address. I upgraded my current plusnet adsl connection to fibre and have a go live date of tomorrow.
I've not yet received my new router or had any other communication and now I note that when I look at the broadband checker website it says that fttc isn't available until the 15th May.
Is it possible to get an update on when I will get fibre?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Look at the narrative after the results window on the Checker.
Does it say anything about an Open Order on your line?

No it doesn't say anything about an open order.
In my plusnet account, under account summary, I can see that I have an 18 month contract listed as "pending", which I assume is my new fibre one. Strangely it has a date of 01/01/1970 though - so I assume it hasn't been set up properly yet.

I had a reply from plusnet to say that it had been delayed for a week. Hopefully everything should go to plan then.

The checker should eventually show an Open Order for your line.
PlusNet operate a "just in time" dispatch for your router. However, once received it can be plugged in straight away as it works with ADSL and your doing an upgrade.
