Fibre, no router yet
I have made an order for an upgrade to fibre and requested a new router, but it's been a week and no sign of the router in the post. What is the progress on the upgrade please?
Is the Coronavirus delaying things?

I'm in the same boat.
I'm not surprised given the state of emergency we are all working through at the moment. Every organisation is working on a best endeavours basis.
I upgraded as my daughter is staying with me and working from my home - She's a clinical researcher with the NHS so we are making sure she gets priority on our ADSL bandwidth.
I know its frustrating.
