Fibre late starting

Our new service was due to start today, and services with our old provider have now ceased.
We're working from home and have no Internet. We've had no communication from Plusnet, tried calling and online chat no communication channels open. This is a very bad start!

Hi there and I'm sorry to see that this has been an issue. It looks like there's been a fault shortly after the order completed. It should be resolved but I can see you're offline at present. Is the router still powered on at the moment?
