Fibre house move still not complete 1 week after supposed install date?

Fibre house move still not complete 1 week after supposed install date?

Hi,
Placed a house move order at the beginning of Dec, as per the move date, the phone/broadband ended at the old address on 15th. Phone line at the new place was enabled 16/17th, but still no Fibre. Last message is the following, if anyone knows what's going on?

check with OR0000012838516 and 5-8-183032050627 cease order is completed on 15/12/2020.
check with OR0000012838630 and 5-8-183034003066 provide order is completed on 15/12/2020.
check with BBEU28899063 (4-849209313050)cease order is completed on 15/12/2020.
check with 4-849203585303 (4-849203585303) provide order is in issued state.

As I can see that the order is awaited for KCI - 2 , I have sent an email to the relevant team to trigger KCI -2 on the order , it will take 24 working hours to get triggered and please check back on 22/12/2020,
Nobody gets in touch when the question comes off hold either. I keep having to chase.

I've had a look into this for you and can see that Openreach had encountered issues when trying to complete the broadband order on their end.
The latest note on the order states that this issue has now been resolved, and the order has now been reappointed for 31/12/2020 at any point up to midnight.
