Hi, we placed an order for fibre extra last week. We received a confirmation email saying services would go active today yet when I look at the dslchecker this says that it will be complete by the 28th? Also we were told on the phone that we may need a new router, I am not sure if we do as we have only recently joined Plusnet and are currently on basic broadband?
