Placed an order after fibre checker said i could get it, now after three attempts by plusnet to place the order thy say naaaah you can't get after all, in the meantime my old providwe has switched off my broadband and phone line so i have lost my phone number, alas plusnets customer service is lacking as per, now im told i can have plusnets wonderful standard slowband becuase i have been left high and dry, how is it possible that the checker says i can have fibre but plusnet seem unable to place a successful order its been two months now?

We're sorry to hear that you have a capacity issue at your local cabinet.
Unfortunately DSL checker can show Fibre available in your area but sadly it doesn't mean it is guaranteed at your specific address.
I can see on your account that a call back has been arranged for you after 12:30pm today.
