Fibre broadband not activated yet

I’ve not yet received confirmation of activation which was supposed to be by midnight of the 4th which is now gone. I haven’t yet turned on the router due to the warnings not to, but I require internet and have already gone a couple of days without. Is there any chance someone could look into this? And give me a more accurate activation time?
