Fibre and phone migration

Hi,

 

i have been trying to get through to customer services for a couple of days to discuss my migration of phone and fibre from BT to plusnet for a couple of days to be waiting for 30+ minutes and get cut off each time.. not a great start. I have decided to cancel my order due to this service demonstration as I am probably better off staying with BT.

 

How do I cancel my migration as it has to be done over the phone but I cannot get through to anyone?

Sorry for the issues you've had, I can see you spoke to one of my colleagues earlier today and they've had the orders replaced as they failed initially.

Hi Chris,

Just wanted to say thanks. I persevered after the initial problems and everything migrated yesterday without a a hitch. Now to enjoy the plusnet services... all good so far.
