Fibre activation?

Ordered a switch to Fibre on 25th January 2018 - I also ordered and paid for the Router;

Received an email stating that changeover would be on 1st Feb.

No Router received by that date; no changeover on that date.

Checked the BT Wholsale web page on 2nd February - stating that VDSL is now available to me (yay!)

Still NO Router though (boo-hoo!)

Today 5th February still No Router, still only ADSL speeds on my speed checker.

Any ideas out there, guys?

By the way...my current Netgear Router will work with both ADSL and VDSL, so if i had been activated, it would work, even though i have yet to receive the Plusnet Router i paid for (just in case..)

Sometimes can take time due to engineer availability.
Does it state a open order date half way down the page on the adsl checker?
