I recently switched from Sky to Plusnet Unlimited Fibre broadband, which was due to activate by midnight on the 20th of August. Our Sky broadband stopped on the morning of the 19th, and I received a message that day saying that my phone line was ready. I haven’t yet received any message regarding my broadband. I’ve tried connecting my router just in case but there is no broadband connection (red flashing “b”). Can you please help?
