Fibre Upgrade not actived?

Hello,
I upgraded to fibre on the 15th of April, set to switch over on the 22nd. There is not information on the My Account page, other than saying the order has gone through and my broadband is active. When I go to the main page though, the alert says the switch is still in progress. I am still on old speeds at my end (14Mbps line). How do I figure out when my broadband will switch over to the new conn speeds?

For anybody wondering: You will get a call from a BT engineer when it has been switched!
