Fibre Upgrade how long.

I agreed just over two weeks ago, have had the email confirming price but nothing else. How long would it usually take. I have received the new router two weeks ago.

I am sorry for the lack of communication there has been with your fibre modify order. It looks like your upgrade order has recently completed, I'd recommend, if you haven't already done so, setting up your router and you should be able to connect.

Let us know if you experience any issues.

Thank you for your reply, the connection dropped this morning and was on fibre when it came back up.
