Organised this over the phone 18/6. Have had initial email saying broadband has changed. This morning (2/7), I receive further email and telephone message to the effect that phone line transfer is complete. However, broadband (I was going to say) speed has not increased. In fact, it is now not working very well at all.
I've raised a response via the original thread. In the future I would ask that you please keep things contained to one thread so that we can more easily keep a track on the progression of the case and provide more clear and concise updates.
