Fibre Switched over, but no modem
Due switch over date was 3rd June, service switched over 4th June, great!! But you have not sent modem, so I have no service.
Could you not have waited till you sent out modem and received before switching over?
Got a text yesterday, modem posted, will be here within a few days? Come on, not the best of service.
