This last monday (6th of June) I have place an order for fibre broadband.
I have already been assigned a phone number but I noticed on the broadband order tracker that I have a yellow warning sign on the "Checking your line" entry.
Also got a message on the member centre saying that "your phone order has been successfully completed".
I am slightly confused: is there an actual issue going on with my order or not?
I'm just having a look at this for you.
It looks like we placed a order to restart the phone line in your property which has completed. We just need to wait for our suppliers records to update before we can place your fibre order.
