Fibre Broadband - engineer didn't show

I was scheduled to have an engineer come to install fibre between 1 and 6 but no one turned up. I haven't had any communication from plusnet about why this would be the case - I'm in a new flat so have already gone 2 weeks without any internet and no clear idea about when this will change. On my order it is extremeley unclear what the status is and I've had no contact to say that the appointment was cancelled or amended. I can call customer service and try to get through but thought I would try on here in case I hear sooner.

Hello there and welcome aboard.


The activation of your services have been delayed by our suppliers because of engineer availability in your area. Sorry to see this wasn't as clear as I'd like to have seen on your ticket.


I'll update your ticket with a bit more info.


From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
