Fibre Broadband / House Move

I have been with Plusnet for 2 years +, it is the first house move I've did while with Plusnet broadband.. I received a Email from Plusnet saying " We can confirm that the date for activation of services at the new premises is 05/03/20. " Plusnet has not told me if I need a Engineer or/and I haven't received anything other than that Email saying about Activation of services. In my new property I have an open reach phone box on the wall. Do I need a Engineer?

If there is a working phone line at the property there will be no need for an engineer visit. Just connect your router (with a filter if required) and hope that Plusnet have activated the broadband on the correct day, it can be up to midnight so you may have to be patient.😁
