Fibre Broadband Activation Delayed?
i recently upgraded to Fibre Broadband but have been waiting for some indication of when my activation will be? I have received my new router and have been waiting for a few weeks now.
I’m currently working from home, like many others so need connection ASAP, can I have an update please?

Have you checked your Mobile for any SMS message from PlusNet ?
Have you checked the order tracker in the member's centre on the PlusNet website.
Have you tried connecting the new router to the line?
