Fiber broadband order update

Good afternoon,

 

This seems to be a common query/ issue...

 

My broadband was due to be activated yesterday 13 March, but I am still without and no update yet on when this will be ready. 

Phone service was transferred successfully on 12 March as predicted. 

Noticed some open reach guys digging up the path yesterday but not sure if this is related. 

 

Could someone update me please with when my broadband will be ready to use? Is there an issue?

Hi Joel, 

 

Sorry for the slight delay in getting your account activated. It looks like a system issue prevented that from going ahead automatically for some reason.
