Fiber Upgrade , 3 weeks waiting

Dear Customer Service, we have placed an order to upgrade our Broadband connection to Fiber. We received confirmation of the order on the18/03 and the line was expected to be activated on the 26/03 (Ticket 199997801). We also received the router 

We have tried to contact the call center but couldn't get in touch with any operator. We understand these are difficult times, but we have placed our order more than 3 weeks ago and we need decent internet speeds to be able to work from home. 

Could you help us out? Thanks for your help and we look forward to hearing from you.

Use this and put the landlines number in,scroll down and it should say there is a open order on your line with a completion date

Thanks, we have checked this regularly and the date of completion has been postponed several times now (from 26/03 it has gradually been moved to 07/04).

We cannot get in touch with BT ourselves, so we’re trying to get some answers/feedback from plusnet customer service regarding the delay (I assume they have some order open with BT and more info).
