FTTC upgrade due 21st July didnt happen

Hi there, 

Please could someone check the status of my fathers upgrade to fibre which was due yesterday.  He has called support, but he's not the most patient person and didnt get very far with his query!

Hi there.  Is a member of staff able to help with this?  we have called and queued several times but not once spoken to anyone who can even access the openreach order

its ok.  managed to get through to provisioning.  new date 12th aug
