Hello,
I had a BT engineer round 2 days ago to activate my phone line and he had commented at the time to my partner it was "ready to go" and to plug our router in. I hung back from doing this as I knew it wasn't my go live date.
I waited and the go live was supposed to be "by 12pm 12/06/2018".
That has now passed and my broadband order is not working.
The line is in sync and I can even authenticate with the bt_test_user@startup_domain login so I know I'm connected to BT's network.
Can someone at Plusnet please clarify what is going on?
(I do admit to not having had the text message yet)
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Slightly red faced although correct in that it's a few hours late. Order completed and I'm online with Plusnet now.

I'm sorry that you didn't receive your notification by midnight yesterday.
I've given our system a little push after checking with our suppliers and manually activated your service.

Service is working happily and I'm hoping training takes my sync up a touch or 2.
Static IP being ordered within the next few days!
