Expecting fibre change today but nothing happened

Hi,

I ordered a change from ADSL2 to Fibre a few weeks back and had been given a date of the 8th (today) for the change but nothing seems to have happened today, no email or text message letting me know it's being done today. Could you tell me when I should be expecting it I was really hoping it was today!

Unfortunately it looks like the order has been pushed back to the 14th due to engineer availability in your area.

Ah ok, that's a shame - it would have been really useful to have been advised that the date was changing, though I can appreciate it's not directly PlusNet at fault it would certainly have saved me some time!

I'm sorry the change in date was not corresponded to yourself @HairyDog

Once the order completes we will notify you by SMS and email and from there you should then notice a change in your speeds.
