Ever since joining (over 6 months ago) my account says it has an order processing

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

 

My online account has always reported the above not allowing me to change/upgrade. How do I get this fixed?

I've just sorted this for you now. Can you let me know if you have further issues? Smiley
