Error on Order Tracker

Hi all,

 

On my order tracker the activating line step doesn't show a date, it just says {strCustActivationDate}. We've already received the router and had a text saying our service will become active on the 14th. I just want to make sure the date not showing doesn't affect this?

Thank you for reaching out and I do apologise for the technical issue that appears to be on your Member centre at the moment.

 

I've looked into the account and can see that the line itself was activated on 30/12/2020. A broadband order was then placed which is due to go live today.

Hi Adam,

It looks like the line didn't go live yesterday after all, I didn't receive any messages and the router still doesn't work. Can you confirm it'll go live today?
