I recently signed up to PlusNet and my line is meant to be going live in 6 days. I haven't received the equipment just yet, and the order tracker doesn't seem to be progressing much. Is this normal? I understand that there's still enough time, just wanted to check
My main question is this: I would like to add TV to my package. Should I wait until my broadband is live to do so, or can I order that already?

I've checked your orders and I can confirm they're progressing fine and due to complete on the 25th.
With regards to your router by default, it's ordered a few days before the services go live but I've ordered it for you now and you should receive it in time for the transfer date
In terms of adding TV, I'm afraid you can only add this once your broadband goes live. You'd need to call us on 0800 0113 217 to add this.
