I made my order and today is my engineer day. he comes and says he's going to switch me over, no, i booked and paid for a new line install and was not told anything that you can't do this.
Well according to openreach they are not installing new lines (their text from last night didn't explain this) as he can't be in my house too long, although he spent enough time tell me about router boosters he could have done the job already.
Plusnet did not advise me of this and you surely would have known, otherwise you will have very annoyed people contacting you afterwards.
How can you turn the PHONE AND CHAT OFF? There are services which reply on the internet and require a priority response, so I guess just screw them people too!
