Engineer visits for installation
I've just ordered a broadband/phone package (to be installed on 04/06/2020).
Plusnet tells me: "Please note that should your Phone engineer appointment be missed or access is refused then a £65 charge may be applied to your account. Further information can be found here: https://www.plus.net/help/legal/terms/?scrollTo=engineerVisits#standardTerms"
Does this mean I am to expect a visit from an engineer during the installation of the new phone/broadband service? If so, will it be on 04/06/2020 or some other day?
