I'm due for a new line installation this Friday (14/08) as I live in a new build apartment however apart from my order confirmation I have not received any communication whatsoever. No email confirming the engineers visit, no router despatch email, consequently no router. I've taken the day off of work to wait for this engineer and the lack of communication and instruction is infuriating. I have tried calling customer services and after waiting for nearly an hour in a stupid queue (chat wasn't available) I gave up. Fingers crossed this thread will prompt a response from Plusnet...
