Engineer hasn't turned up.

Visit scheduled today at 8am 1pm. I have not received any communications.

I did originally have it scheduled for 1-6pm but they changed it to the above time slot.

However it's nearing 6 now and still nothing. Not happy.

Got an email saying the appointment was cancelled because I gave the engineer incorrect info (?). Have no idea what wrong info I gave. Surely not the address since I had already been mailed the router.
