I initially booked an appointment for this afternoon so that I could work in the morning, but plusnet changed it to AM - Because of this I got to my new house before 8am and now at 3.20pm I still haven't heard anything.
If I try to call the phone line there is just a recorded message saying it's too busy to connect me to an operator.
I also haven't had a router arrive in the post yet or any more communication since you charged me nearly £100!
Please can somebody help.
