Re: Engineer has completed his work

Hi @parveyb I have checked your orders and they have completed. However, it can take up until midnight for your broadband to fully activate.

If you have any issues please do not hesitate to get back in touch with us.

Re: Engineer has completed his work

Hi I am not moving from another. This is a new line and I am new customer. Is the activation an automated process or done manually. Seeing other posts is seems this can be done manually to activate broadband. Please advise.
Thanks

Re: Engineer has completed his work

I'm really sorry for any confusion, as the orders have completed we just needed to manually activate the account for you. I've done that now and you should be able to connect. - Adam
