Engineer didn't turn up

I was supposed to have an engineer come around yesterday between 1-6 to setup my broadband. I waited all day yesterday and he didn't show. I haven't received any calls or texts to update me about the situation. My router hasn't been dispatched yet either, so I don't know what the situation is with my order.
Any help would be appreciated.

No router usually means your order has gone off somewhere.

 

No doubt someone more knowledgeable i.e. staff member, will pop up soon.

I'm sorry to see the engineer didn't arrive. I've looked into the order and I can see we weren't able to automatically place with our suppliers for one reason or another. I apologise for the lack of communication regarding this. I've messaged you back via Twitter with a bit more information.
