Engineer didn't come at the appointment yesterday, no router still arrived, no activation info

Hi all,

I had the engineer appointment booked on 1st of October for yesterday. I took a day off from work just for this.

Unfortunately no one came at the appointment and no info was given me about that. This was a unnecessary wasting of time.

Also the router is still not arrived and I have no info about the line activation.

Any info please?
