Engineer did not turn up
I ordered ADSL Broadband on 22nd Sept & had an Openreach engineer appointment set for yesterday,13th October.
The appointment was not kept with no prior warning or indication.
PlusNet call centre is not accepting calls for order updates.
As the line is in a holiday home I need to have a new date confirmed asap, as I will need to travel 180 miles to set up the broadband when ready!
Can someone from PlusNet please let me know what's going on?
