Hi, i requested a pm slot to connect my broadband, despite leaving a note on the online request that i won't be in until 3pm, i have been given an Am slot. I've tried calling 3 times to change it but constantly get booted off the line as 'volume of calls is so high'. Not a great start with a new customer.
