I was meant to have an openreach engineer turn up today 1 till 5 to set up my broadband.
No calls, messages or emails to suggest they wouldn't show up.
Very annoying as I took half a day off to make sure this would be sorted and paid for the appointment.
Customer service phone no. has been exceptionally busy so I haven't been put through to anyone.
Pretty shocking service all round, just want to be able to use the internet, i've been waiting two weeks already.
