Engineer Appointment

Hi
I am currently a furloughed key worker who has to work at home but I am finding it difficult without internet. My initial appointment was for the 8th of April but that got pushed back to June, when I log in it doesn’t even give me a date.
I was wondering if given the circumstances if my appointment could be brought forward or if that June is a definite. I have received my router and just waiting for a line to be installed.
Just hoping I get some more information about my situation and hopefully the problem sorted soon
Thanks

Don't want to be picky here, but if you are furloughed, you shouldn't be working for your employer. If you are working for your employer, they should be paying you, not the furlough scheme.

Re: My order

If the engineer needed access to the property I doubt they will be attending due to the current restrictions, though I could be wrong.

Re: My order

Ok thanks the guy who I spoke to did he’d check on the order tomorrow. I was just surprised when no one turned up or I didn’t receive a notification to say it was all fine.
