Welcome to the forum.
The question has to be whether he was ever going to come. If you're a new subscriber then you will have received an email/text saying that you have an appointment but in most cases the work is done remotely to your property and the engineer has no need to visit. However if you have a fault then that's a different issue and hopefully your post will be picked up soon by a member of the Plusnet staff.

Hi there, we always advise customers to be available as the engineer visits the cabinet first and if he can't activate from there he will visit the property. Can you confirm if your phone and broadband service is working?.
