Early activation

Just received my router through the post yesterday but it's due to be activated on the 23rd. Is there any way plusnet can activate it early? What takes so long?

An OpenReach engineer has to visit the FTTC cabinet to so some work. Your activation date depends on engineer availability.

Sorry about the delay with your activation

It's due to engineer availability I'm afraid Sad

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
